Qualifications

  • Active professional nursing license/registration in applicable jurisdiction.
  • Certifications in clinical services, case management, or healthcare quality preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver routine to moderately complex clinical services to support care coordination and documentation.
  • Coordinate with clinical, operational, reimbursement and logistics teams to resolve standard issues and maintain continuity of care workflows.
  • Analyze patient, provider, and clinical information to determine next steps and escalate concerns per protocols.
  • Resolve common workflow and documentation exceptions using approved rules and standards.
  • Maintain complete, accurate records supporting quality controls and regulatory expectations.

Certification in clinical services, care coordination, patient safety, or equivalent preferred. Certification in case management, clinical documentation improvement, healthcare quality, or equivalent preferred.
