Cencora’s Innomar Strategies team in Canada is seeking a Field & Infusion Nurse (RPN/LPN) to deliver safe, compliant nursing care across home and clinic settings. You will administer injections/infusions, educate patients, report events, and collaborate with physicians, case managers and staff to ensure timely treatments.

Required is a nursing license and at least 2 years of experience; IV therapy experience is an asset.

Qualifications

  • Experience with IV therapy is an asset; ambulatory/homecare experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within designated IBUs and surroundings.

Delivers routine to moderately complex clinical services activities that support safe, accurate, and compliant care coordination, documentation, and case progression within established guidelines. Coordinates with clinical, operational, reimbursement, and logistics partners to resolve standard exceptions and maintain continuity across connected service and care workflows.**Responsibilities:*** Administer medications (IM, SC and IV as applicable) in home or specialty clinic settings* Support/monitor administration of IV infusion treatments in the clinic and/or homecare setting* Monitor post-injection/infusion treatments as well as chart and report on all activities as directed by program protocols and standards of professional nursing documentation* Provide patient education based on program protocols, individually or in groups* Report adverse events, serious adverse events, product complaints in accordance with Innomar training and policies & procedures* Provides reliable availability based on the agreed upon employment agreement to meet the needs of the IBU and the Nursing and clinics Key Performance Indicators.* Coordinate daily with patients, case managers, physicians, scheduling and other departments to meet established timelines for scheduling appointments, treatments, and communication of information* Perform administrative duties such as monthly clinic audits, supply ordering and other duties as assigned* Participate regularly in team web-based meetings/training sessions with the Business Area Manager, RNE and Nurse Champion to maintain and enhance professional practice standards.* Participates in specialized client related trainings as required.* Consult with physicians, pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients regarding education and implementation of product specific programs* Required to travel within you’re designated IBU and surrounding IBUs to meet the operational needs.* Required to follow all nursing and clinic standard operating procedures and Work Instructions.* Required to follow all Health and Safety standards as per the provincial Health and safety Act.* Required to complete ongoing and annual education training as per the training matrix within the specified timeframes.* Adhere to professional nursing standards as prescribed by the professional associations, regulatory bodies and the company policies and procedures* Perform related duties and tasks as required by Innomar.**Education:*** Bachelor's degree in nursing, clinical practice, health sciences, public health, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.* Professional license or registration in nursing in the applicable jurisdiction of practice required. Certification in clinical services, care coordination, patient safety, or equivalent preferred.
