Responsibilities:

1. Administer medications (IM, SC, and IV as applicable) in home or specialty clinic settings.
2. Support and monitor administration of IV infusion treatments in the clinic and/or homecare setting.
3. Monitor post-injection/infusion treatments and report on all activities as per program protocols and professional nursing standards.
4. Provide patient education based on program protocols, individually or in groups.
5. Report adverse events, serious adverse events, and product complaints following Innomar policies and procedures.
6. Ensure reliable availability to meet the needs of the IBU and nursing KPIs.
7. Coordinate with patients, case managers, physicians, and other departments to meet scheduling and communication timelines.
8. Perform administrative duties such as clinic audits and supply ordering.
9. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to maintain professional standards.
10. Participate in client-related training as required.
11. Consult with physicians and clients regarding education and implementation of product programs.
12. Travel within designated IBUs as needed.
13. Follow all nursing, clinic, and safety procedures and standards.
14. Complete ongoing education and training within required timeframes.
15. Adhere to professional nursing standards and company policies.
16. Perform related duties as required.
17. Standby/on-call may be required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Practical Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Experience with IV therapy is an asset.
• Diploma / University degree in nursing or related field.
• Current registration with provincial licensing body; CPR certification.
• Experience in acute care inpatient/outpatient or homecare setting.
• Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, MS, CVAA) and central line experience are assets.
• Knowledge of communication tools (cell phone, fax).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel within the geographic boundary.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance coverage.
