Job summary

Precision Drilling Corporation is seeking a field-based HSE Superintendent to lead safety across drilling operations and implement the HSE Management System. The role includes coaching crews, conducting risk assessments, and driving continuous improvement on a 14-day-on/7-day-off schedule.

The candidate will manage incident investigations and KPI monitoring, working with Field Superintendents to sustain a strong safety culture across the field operations.

Qualifications

• Drilling rig experience required, with a minimum of Motorhand-level experience.
• HSE certifications are considered an asset.
• Valid driver's license required to operate company vehicles.
• Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of improving HSE programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based HSE leadership, coaching, training, and support to drilling operations.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HSE objectives, standards, and safe work practices.
• Conduct HSE assessments, inspections, audits, and risk management activities.
• Monitor HSE performance metrics, analyze trends, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with HSE and Field Superintendents, communicating visit plans and follow-up actions.
