Qualifications

• Education in occupational health and safety, environmental sciences, or construction management is preferred.
• Equivalent mix of education and practical field experience will be considered.
• Experience supporting safety or field operations in industrial environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible safety presence with field crews and client representatives.
• Support compliance with company policies, client requirements, and site plans.
• Participate in toolbox talks, pre-job meetings, inspections, and focused safety conversations.
• Conduct site inspections and document observations in HSE systems.
• Assist with incident and near-miss reporting and follow-up actions.
• Provide practical coaching to field teams on safety expectations.
• Share field feedback to improve HSE tools and processes.
