Responsibilities
  1. Sales-Related Responsibilities and Support
  2. Review retail sales targets and performance of each door monthly with ASOM
  3. Analyze business performance versus sales objectives, trends, and competition
  4. Generate sales reports
  5. Ensure brand image and visual merchandising align with standards at retail counters
  6. Coordinate and execute setups for promotions, in-store programs, and activities
  7. Ensure BAs are aware of marketing calendars and promotions
  8. Coach BAs individually to achieve sales goals
  9. Marketing Support
  10. Coordinate and execute new product launches, promotions, and in-store programs with ASOM and Visual Merchandising team
  11. Monitor product trends and identify sales opportunities
  12. Ensure timely availability of go-to-market materials and promotional elements
  13. Provide post-campaign promotion reports and competitive intelligence
  14. Supervision and Team Management of Beauty Advisors
  15. Assist ASOM in recruiting, onboarding, and managing BA headcount and productivity
  16. Ensure grooming standards of BAs
  17. Training and Development
  18. Train and coach BAs on selling skills, brand stories, and product knowledge
  19. Utilize e-learning platforms for coaching
  20. Conduct training for new hires and smaller doors
  21. Spend at least 70% of time in-store coaching BAs
Qualifications
  • B.A degree with at least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in travel retail
  • Well-groomed
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Good presentation skills, comfortable with virtual tools like Zoom and Skype
  • Empathetic, adaptable, with a can-do attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • Enthusiastic about learning new technology platforms
  • Willing to travel
  • Proven sales track record
