Description

The Field Executive Education Manager (FEEM) will lead Canada Education Strategy and Operations for Clinique / Origins working closely with the VP, Brand Manager, VP, NA Education and Field Sales Director for the Ontario region. The FEEM will guide all regional Field Executive Trainers (Clinique / Origins) across Canada, while leading Ontario directly, to educate Field employees to cultivate their education skills and knowledge. The FEEM provides complete education nationally on brand product, artistry and services in order to prepare the Field to deliver brand education. In addition, the FEEM will evaluate the Field’s expertise through accreditation process to oversee education quality for the brand. The FEEM will deliver advanced specialized brand trainings and Seminars, as needed to drive Retail Sales.

  • Create a quarterly education strategies and plan that aligns Field education needs with business goals and budget.
  • Teach Field Executives (All Markets) skills such as product expertise, artistry, application and service experience.
  • Train Field Executives (All Markets) through meetings and on-the-job training to deliver education content created by the brand for all channels.
  • Train Field Executive & Field Executive Trainers (FET) on content and delivery of instructor-led Seminars.
  • Evaluate instructor-led education effectiveness of Field Executive & FET and provide development feedback to their supervisor as part of the Performance Management plan.
  • Train new hires (Clinique Consultants) as well as help veteran employees improve upon existing skills in areas of brand education.
  • Assess Field’s training effectives to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into field coaching and educating.
  • Conducts specialized brand training for Retailers and Beauty Advisors, as needed to support corporate meetings, brand experiences and in store events.
  • Stay abreast of new trends and training tools in employee development.
Qualifications
  • College / University degree in related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge in the area they are educating (product, artistry, service experience)
  • Must be able to demonstrate the skills they teach themselves;
  • Good personal and observational skills to assess Field understanding and progress;
  • Basic computer skills with ability to work in Excel + PPT
  • Administrative skills and plan and manage budget management.
  • Valid Driver’s License (as travel will be required)
Pay Range :

Anticipated Base Salary Range$66,000.00 to $99,000.00(Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and / or budget), based on a 40 hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly).
