Job summary

Together Dental is seeking a Qualified Dental Nurse to join our field team. You will travel across Southend, Benfleet, Shoeburyness, Basildon and Canvey to support multiple practices with chairside care and infection control, ensuring high standards.

You will travel between sites, bring a positive, patient-focused approach, and contribute to a supportive regional team. Car allowance and travel expenses are provided along with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• GDC registration and valid Dental Nursing qualification.
• IMOS training is desirable.
• Ability to travel between practices within the region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent and team-working capability.
• Strong understanding of CQC requirements and high clinical standards.
• Attention to detail and patient-focused approach.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside support across multiple practices within the designated region.

• Follow infection prevention and control protocols (CQC/HTM).
• Support clinicians across a range of treatments and procedures.
• Work flexibly with different practice teams and locations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with day-to-day operations.
• Build positive relationships across the region to support team culture.

Salary: £16.75 - £17.75 per hour + £200 car allowance + practice mileage

Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days a week

The Role

As a Field Dental Nurse, You Will

• Provide chairside support across multiple practices within your designated region.
• Deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A recognised Dental Nursing qualification and ideally IMOS trained.
• Current GDC registration.
• Access to your own vehicle and the ability to travel between practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
• A strong understanding of CQC requirements and high clinical standards.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A friendly, professional, and patient-focused approach.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to support colleagues wherever needed.
