Qualifications

• Computer/Data Science or Engineering degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing or cross-functional role with data science centric projects.
• Excellent scripting in Python and SQL.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in machine learning or data analytics.
• Ability to create and understand supervised machine learning models.
• Experience translating customer needs into design docs or technical specifications.
• Proven ability to establish credibility with technical leaders in customer organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team to demonstrate Mastercard Identity value via POV tests.
• Develop ML and rules-based models to improve fraud detection and reduce false positives.
• Understand customer workflows to position Mastercard Identity products.
• Nurture relationships with customer data scientists to provide insights for fraud model development.
• Acquire deep knowledge of Mastercard Identity products to advise customers.
• Analyze data features and advise Product on the best signals.
• Collaborate with customer IT to QA integration of Identity API products.
• Contribute to internal training on Identity products, data, and processes.
• Attend product spec reviews to share customer perspectives.
