Emterra Group is seeking diligent and detail-oriented students to assist in collecting essential data across approximately 2,300 properties within Metro Vancouver. This role is pivotal in supporting our waste management operations by ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is recorded.

Job Description
  1. Visit assigned properties to verify and document the location of waste bins.
  2. Assess and record access requirements and measure the distance from bins to the curb.
  3. Gather and update contact information for property managers and maintenance personnel.
  4. Identify and note any additional information pertinent to property management needs.
  5. Ensure all collected data is accurately entered into the designated database or reporting tools.
  6. Perform other related duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution.
  2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  5. Proficiency with data entry and basic computer applications.
  6. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (mandatory).
