We are recruiting an experienced Field Construction Technician to join our team at our Ontario location, providing high-quality Tuff Shed products.

Are You the Right Fit for the Role?

As a Field Construction Technician, your responsibilities include:

  1. Warranty, Service, & Delivery
  2. Assist in the safe delivery of storage buildings to Home Depot stores, customer properties, and retail lots.
  3. Perform warranty repair tasks efficiently, courteously, and within scheduled timeframes.
  4. Provide feedback to management regarding warranty concerns and completion issues.
  5. Sales & Customer Service
  6. Deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective customers.
  7. Assist with off-site events such as Home Shows.
  8. Maintain HD displays and marketing materials.
  9. Vehicle and Driving Responsibilities
  10. Report vehicle maintenance needs to the Assistant Manager / Operations Manager.
  11. Ensure GPS device remains connected and operational.
  12. Other Responsibilities
  13. Report defective tools to management promptly.
Skills & Experience
  • Basic construction, carpentry, roofing, and painting skills.
  • Ability to read tape measures, drawings, and use power tools.
  • Proven customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Experience driving trucks and towing trailers is a plus.
  • Experience with vehicle inspections is a plus.
