A leading global energy company is seeking a Field Compliance Coordinator to ensure the highest safety standards across oil and gas operations. This position requires a minimum of 10 years’ experience in upstream organizations, with a strong focus on process safety, risk management, and incident investigations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing safety procedures, leading audits, and developing critical safety documentation. This is a full-time role based in Saudi Arabia with a permanent, residential relocation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in upstream oil and gas organizations.
• At least 5 years in a senior position related to Loss or Fire Prevention.
• Strong technical expertise in process safety and hazard management.
