Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Millwright apprenticeship preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical maintenance or rotating equipment experience.
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals and mechanical drawings; use precision measuring tools.
• Valid Class G driver's license and willingness to travel regionally with overnight stays.
• Strong communication, customer-focused approach, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on centrifuges, gearboxes, pumps, and rotating equipment (50/50 shop and customer sites).
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures using vibration analysis, precision measurement tools, and manuals.
• Conduct on-site installations, start-ups, and emergency breakdown repairs; ensure equipment meets specs.
• Generate detailed service reports in CMMS documenting work, parts, and recommendations.
• Communicate with clients, explain findings, provide cost estimates, manage timelines.
• Adhere to safety protocols including lock-out/tag-out, confined space, PPE.
