Field Based Installations Manager - SOUTHERN

Location: SOUTHERN REGION - London West, Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Middlesex

Role Description

Sharps Bedrooms is the UK’s market-leading specialist retailer of fully fitted bedroom furniture. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a field-based Installations Manager covering London West, Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Middlesex.

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing our bedroom installations within your own geographical area on a contract-by-contract basis. Reporting directly to the National Installations Manager, you will manage the recruitment and oversight of professional installers, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and health and safety, while delivering on time and on budget.

You will be target-driven and motivated to meet installation-driven targets, including the recruitment and retention of installers for your team. Self-motivated with proven planning and organizational skills, you will have the ability to work remotely while still motivating your installers. A hands-on approach is necessary for resolving customer issues that may arise. You will be a positive and driven individual with strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to encourage and communicate confidently.

The successful applicant will already demonstrate successful people management experience within a trade environment.
