Bachelor's in a technical field with 3+ years in roles like FAE or Solutions Architect.

Experience in embedded systems, cloud / edge computing, networking, or AI / ML, with coding skills (Python, C / C++, Bash).

Strong communicator, able to travel 10 to 30% as needed.

Experience with edge / AI architectures, common protocols (MQTT, REST, etc.), and French proficiency considered an asset.

Overview :

Act as the main technical point of contact between customers and internal engineering or product teams, supporting solution design and implementation.

Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during pre-sales activities, including demos and evaluations.

Assist with onboarding, deployment, and integration of products, offering hands on troubleshooting and configuration support.

Deliver customer training and documentation, gather feedback to inform product improvements, and stay informed on industry trends and technologies.
