• Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans le service d'appareils électroménagers.
• Doit posséder un permis de conduire valide et un extrait de conduite propre.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en maintenant un service client de haute qualité.

Responsibilities

• Offrir un service professionnel des appareils électroménagers aux clients à domicile.
• Réparer et diagnostiquer les appareils tout en communiquant les détails aux clients.

Position Overview: This position is responsible for being the face of Trans Global Service, demonstrating enthusiasm while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction!

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with courteous and professional in-home servicing of major appliances ensuring adherence to “The Perfect Call”
• Conduct appliance diagnostics and complete repairs
• Estimate the costs of repairs/replacements
• Order parts and ensure inventory supply levels are sufficiently maintained
• Communicate with customers regarding details of the assessment and servicing required
• Provide information to assist customers in obtaining optimum performance of their products
• Complete all service documentation, describing repairs in detail and reporting identification of repaired stock
• Ensure the proper maintenance of shop tools and vehicles
• Adhere to all health and safety, security, building and departmental procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 or more years previous experience and/or education in major appliance service
• Valid driver’s license (must be able to provide a clean driving abstract)
• Outstanding Customer Service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and courteous phone etiquette
• Highly developed technical, investigative, and analytical skills
• Punctuality and dependability a must
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Appliance Technician certification or willingness to obtain one
• Domestic Appliance or Gas Technician 2 Certification would be considered an asset
