Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Adjusters to join our team! This role offers a HYBRID work environment.

Responsibilities

The Adjuster actively manages claims while seeking business development opportunities through marketing and timely follow-up.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in Auto, Property, Liability, Accident & Benefits, or Bodily Injury claims is preferred.
  • University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Adjuster’s license or pursuing CIP designation.
  • Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and learning.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret legal documents and perform advanced numerical analysis.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize and manage conflicting tasks.
  • Customer service-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for conflict resolution.
  • Dedication to continuous professional development.
