Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Fiber Technician role located in Elmvale, and surrounding areas, ON. The Fiber Technician will be responsible for tasks such as installing fiber optic cables to the home, troubleshooting network issues, and working with fiber connections on a day-to-day basis. In addition the technician will assist the fiber team with other duties related to FTTH.

Qualifications

  • Fusion splicing and Fiber handling skills
  • Troubleshooting and Optics knowledge
  • Experience in fiber optic network installations
  • Understanding of network infrastructure
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Must have G license with a clean record
