Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Product Consultant / Business Analyst to lead Canada-based CLM client initiatives. You will gather and document business requirements, map processes, and drive design resolutions with client stakeholders.

This client-facing role requires strong communication and a proactive, collaborative approach throughout the SDLC. Ideal candidates will have PMO leadership experience in capital markets, deep CLM/KYC/AML knowledge, and familiarity with Fenergo CLM.

Qualifications

• PMO leadership experience in a lead role in capital markets.
• Strong background in Capital Markets Technology leadership positions.
• Experience with Client Lifecycle Management (KYC/AML/Financial Crime) is required.
• University education in a related subject or demonstrable knowledge.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with drive and teamwork.

Fenergo is a leading provider of Client Lifecycle Management CLM), AML/KYC Compliance and Client Data Management solutions for investment, corporate, commercial and private banks. Luxoft is looking for CLM and Fenergo experienced Product Consultants / Business Analysts consultants to join our growing CLM Practice and work on upcoming client project opportunities.The Product Consultant / Business Analyst will work with the client to gather and document business requirements, understand the client's business model and processes, and drive to resolve design issues with the client. The Product Consultant is required to support development efforts throughout the entire Software Delivery Lifecycle [SDLC], and participate in training, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities. This is a client-facing role, requiring the successful candidate to build strong relationships with the client and project teams and act as a point of contact with the client's key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
