Job Description Summary

We are looking for motivated candidates to join our team as a Fence Installer (Driver Helper) during the busy summer season.

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

• Experience with safely setting up and tearing down fence and associated products at customer sites
• Having experience with completing operational paperwork (job reports, truck inventory logs, site checklists, etc.) as directed
• Familiar with taking direction and supervision from Drivers/senior Field Specialists
• Well acquainted with navigating to sites to ensure the crew arrives in the safest and most expedient way possible
• Understand importance of working in a safe and productive manner
• Experience with ensuring workplaces and company vehicles are clean and free hazards
• Always acting in a professional manner with fellow employees and customers; Maintaining a professional appearance
• Complete training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:

• Knowledge of general tools and equipment (drills, power washers, painters, banding equipment, etc.)
• Ability to physically handle (lift, carry, etc.) heavy fence panels (approx. 50-80 lbs.)
• Must have own transportation
• Though not mandatory, experience operating a forklift and a one-ton truck would also be an asset.

Base Pay Range: $19.77 - 28.41
