Job summary

A youth soccer club in Toronto is seeking a Female Lead Coach to develop and oversee the implementation of their LTPD Program. Responsibilities include communicating with the Technical Director, expanding the Skill curriculum, and supporting club programs. Qualifications

• Minimum OS Provincial certifications required.
• Must have age-appropriate OS Coaching Certification.
• Experience in coaching youth soccer is preferred.

Overview

The Mooredale Soccer Club is a registered not-for-profit youth soccer club operating in Toronto since 1949. The Club operates year-round with its outdoor / indoor program. The Club is currently seeking a Female Lead Coach who will work alongside the club’s technical staff in developing and overseeing the implementation of the Club’s LTPD Program to maximize the experience for players and members of the Club.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Technical Director.
• Continue to develop and expand the existing Skill curriculum.
• Execute training curriculum delivery.
• Oversee and participate in the competition.
• Support all Club Programs and Initiatives.
• Attend all Club Educational Events.
• Support and promote MSC, Ontario Soccer, and Canada Soccer Player Development.
• Ability to relate to players / parents.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Certification Requirements

• Minimum OS Provincial certifications.
• Age-appropriate OS Coaching Certification.
• Respect in Sport.
• Making Head Way.
• Making Ethical Decisions.

Position Title: Female Lead Coach

Salary Range: Salary based on experience and certifications
