The Feature Lead serves as the technology owner for a business capability, application portfolio, or strategic platform within Global Markets Technology (GMT) Canada. The role is responsible for defining technology strategy, driving architecture decisions, shaping roadmaps, and leading execution across business and technology teams.
This is a player-coach role that combines technology strategy, architecture leadership, and hands‑on engineering. The Feature Lead is expected to remain close to the technology by contributing to solution design, proof‑of‑concepts, code reviews, critical development activities, and complex problem resolution, while influencing the long‑term direction of the platform.
The Feature Lead partners with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to modernize platforms, improve resiliency, accelerate AI adoption, and ensure technology investments align with business objectives.

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$141,100.00 - $165,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
