Reporting to the VP of Retail Banking, the Mobile Mortgage Advisor enhances member experiences by understanding individual financial needs, providing expert advice, and offering customized lending solutions. Operating outside traditional branch networks, the advisor expands our reach through effective networking and referrals, collaborating with the team to grow membership and strengthen relationships. This role focuses on expanding business through strategic networking, referrals, and close collaboration with our branch network, ultimately contributing to FCU Community Financial’s vision of building financially healthy communities.
The ideal candidate is based within FCU Community Financials' service area and has strong connections across the communities, with the flexibility to travel to local branches and community events to support member growth and business development initiatives as required.
*Note: Compensation for the role is $60,000 base, plus commission. For the first 6 months, we are offering a guaranteed compensation of $80,000 annual salary to provide the successful incumbent with a network-building phase, during this time commission is not available. Following the first 6 months, the base rate will return to $60,000 + commission.The earning potential for this role is expected to be $80,000 to $100,000+ annually based on volume.
Demonstrated understanding of lending principles and practices, supported by 3- 5 years of experience in an active retail mortgage lending role and strong knowledge of consumer lending products, regulations, and the end-to-end lending process.
This role offers a salary range of $ 60,000 per annum . Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills,previousexperience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
