• CUSTOMER Support execution of testing engagement work in accordance with established standards to achieve completion within targeted timelines.
• Conduct skilled analytical research and analysis as part of the testing review.
• Work collaboratively with FCRM Testing team throughout the testing review.
• Support follow-up of findings raised from testing reviews in accordance with established standards.
• Identify matters which require escalation or review during testing activities.
• Prioritize and manage own workload to deliver quality results and meet deadlines.
• Contribute to analysis, due diligence, and initiatives within defined assignments.
• Adhere to internal policies, standards and procedures to review internal processes and activities.
• Understand business operations to identify potential FCRM risks through testing.
• Document research clearly to understand review requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of money laundering and sanctions risk trends.
• Participate as a team member to promote service, quality, and teamwork.
• Continue knowledge sharing within the team and stay current on emerging trends.
