Responsibilities

• Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on‑time delivery.
• Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
• Selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged items, completes required documentation and labels accurately.
• Packs totes efficiently to optimize space while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction and assists with resolving issues.
• Follows safety, food hygiene, and quality standards; maintains clean work area and operates equipment safely.
• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
