Job summary

Walmart Canada in Ottawa is looking for an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to pick, pack and dispense online orders with accuracy and a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will follow safety and food hygiene standards, prepare orders across temperature zones, and help ensure on-time delivery while keeping packing organized and maintaining positive customer interactions.

The role offers flexibility with evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the starting pay is 17.75 CAD per hour.

Qualifications

• Age – 16 or older
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy to support on-time delivery.
• Select fresh products and ensure correct quantities and product codes on picks.
• Pack totes efficiently while maintaining product quality and safety.
• Provide positive customer interaction and assist teammates as needed.
• Follow safety, food hygiene, and quality procedures; keep area clean.
• Be available for a variety of shifts based on business needs.
