• Pick, Pack, and Prepare Customer Orders: Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery.
• Ensure Product Quality and Order Accuracy: Selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items; completes documentation and labels accurately.
• Maintain Efficient and Organized Packing: Packs totes efficiently to maximize space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Support Customers and Team Operations: Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction and helps resolve issues.
• Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards: Maintains a clean and safe work area, performs safety checks, and supports process improvements.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): Open to evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
