1. Develop budget to determine costs of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
2. Evaluate daily operations and modify food preparation methods and menu prices accordingly.
3. Monitor staff performance, plan, organize, and oversee daily operations.
4. Train staff and organize inventory management.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies.
7. Lead and instruct team members.
8. Manage revenue, labor costs, and overall operational efficiency.
