Fast food restaurant manager

Location: Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, QC

Workplace: On site

Salary: $33.00 per hour, 30 to 40 hours per week

Terms: Permanent, Full-time

Schedule: Day, Evening, Flexible hours, Early Morning, Morning (08:00 to 17:00)

Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities

1. Develop budget to determine costs of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
2. Evaluate daily operations
3. Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
4. Monitor revenues to determine labor costs
5. Monitor staff performance
6. Plan and organize daily operations
7. Recruit and train staff
8. Cost products and services
9. Organize and maintain inventory
10. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
11. Negotiate with suppliers for food and supplies
12. Lead and instruct staff
13. Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP
• Experience: 1-2 years
• Languages: French
• Personal qualities: Dependability, interpersonal skills, communication skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, teamwork, multitasking ability
