Groupe Dynamite is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and build lasting relationships with customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will uphold brand standards and contribute to the store’s efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required or preferred.
• 6 months of sales experience in a retail environment is an asset.
• Passion for fashion and a customer-first mindset.
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Social media skills, knowledge of mobile devices and computers are an asset.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
