Groupe Dynamite is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and help customers feel confident in our fashion-forward pieces.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support daily store operations, maintain brand presentation, and build lasting customer relationships. You’ll work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced team environment. Previous retail experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of sales experience in retail is a plus.
• Passion for fashion.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with social media and mobile devices is a plus.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
