Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Fashion Associate to join our store team. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers with promotions, locate merchandise and help shoppers make purchase decisions while maintaining store standards.

The role includes stocking fashion items, keeping displays tidy and safe, and executing seasonal merchandising plans. You’ll work with a team to plan daily tasks, follow store policies, and ensure signage and fixtures are accurate.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists customers by promotion products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Processes and stocking all fashion merchandise.
• Keeps the salesfloor area clean and tidy for the customer.
• Merchandises non-modular fashion items.
• Ensuring proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary.
• Uses proper signage as the modular dictates.
• Replenishes and merchandises seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
