Job summary

Walmart Canada in Saint-Romuald, QC is seeking a Fashion Associate to join our retail team. You will greet customers, help them find fashion items, promote products, and stock merchandise while maintaining visual standards.

You will help keep the sales floor safe, clean, and organized, support seasonal displays, and ensure signage and fixtures are correct. This role offers an opportunity to develop customer service and merchandising skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists customers by promotion products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Contribute to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment by following Company policy and procedures, including safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Process and stock all fashion merchandise.
• Keep the sales floor area clean and tidy for the customer.
• Merchandise non-modular fashion items.
• Ensure proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced when needed.
• Use proper signage as dictated by modular guidelines.
• Replenish and merchandise seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
