RW&CO at Vaughan Mills is seeking a Fashion Associate on a part-time basis to deliver personalized service, assist customers in fitting rooms, and process transactions, ensuring a welcoming store environment. You will help keep the sales floor appealing and support daily operations.

The role requires standing, occasional lifting up to 40 lbs, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

As a Fashion Associate, you will deliver personalized service and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming, customer-first environment. From assisting in the fitting room to processing transactions at the cash desk, you play a key role in making every interaction positive and memorable.

• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
