PENN. Penningtons is seeking a Fashion Associate (Part time) to deliver personalized service and support daily store operations in a welcoming, customer-first environment. You will assist in fitting rooms, process transactions, and contribute to an engaging shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have a passion for fashion, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.

As aFashion Associate, you will deliver personalized service and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming, customer-first environment. From assisting in the fitting room to processing transactions at the cash desk, you play a key role in making every interaction positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations to ensure smooth and consistent execution.

• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
