RCL - Reitmans Canada Limited is seeking a Fashion Associate to deliver exceptional service, keep the store organized, and create a welcoming, customer-first shopping experience. You will assist in fitting rooms, process transactions, and contribute to an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales or customer service is preferred.

• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

If so, this role is for you! As a Fashion Associate, you will deliver personalized service and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming, customer-first environment. From assisting in the fitting room to processing transactions at the cash desk, you play a key role in making every interaction positive and memorable.

Additional Information

Hiring rate of $0.40 above minimum wage (rate may be greater based on relevant experience)
