Reitmans (Canada) Limited in Ontario is seeking a friendly Fashion Associate to create an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll help customers find looks, assist in the fitting room, and keep the store organized and welcoming.

You’ll use product knowledge and current promotions to drive add-on sales, process transactions accurately, and contribute to an inclusive, customer-first environment. The role supports daily store operations with a focus on teamwork and service.

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

As a Fashion Associate , you will deliver personalized service and support daily store operations to ensure a welcoming, customer‑first environment. From assisting in the fitting room to processing transactions at the cash desk, you play a key role in making every interaction positive and memorable.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.


• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.


• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging experience.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.


• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.


• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.


• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.


• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
