Job summary

Walmart Canada in Guelph is looking for a Fashion Associate to welcome customers, assist with fashion product promotions, and help with stocking and merchandising to keep the sales floor inviting and organized.

You will work as part of a team to execute daily tasks, support seasonal displays, and ensure signage and fixtures are properly maintained in a safe store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists customers by promotion products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Processes and stocking all fashion merchandise.
• Keeps the salesfloor area clean and tidy for the customer.
• Merchandises non-modular fashion items.
• Ensuring proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary.
• Uses proper signage as the modular dictates.
• Replenishes and merchandises seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
