Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Fashion Associate to join the Kapuskasing team. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate fashion items, and support the presentation and stock of merchandise on the floor.

You will work with a team to maintain signage, ensure displays are secure, and keep the sales floor clean and organized while adhering to store policies and safety procedures.

What You'll Do...

• Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists customers by promotion products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Processes and stocking all fashion merchandise.
• Keeps the salesfloor area clean and tidy for the customer.
• Merchandises non-modular fashion items.
• Ensuring proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary.
• Uses proper signage as the modular dictates.
• Replenishes and merchandises seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75.
