RW&CO is seeking a Fashion Associate in Ontario to deliver personalized service and help keep the store visually appealing and organized. You will guide customers through fittings, assist at the cash desk, and contribute to a memorable shopping experience.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Flexible availability is needed for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to create a welcoming experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding shopping experience that builds customer relationships.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately at checkout.
