Job summary

RW&CO is seeking a Fashion Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and support daily store operations in our Kelowna store. You will assist customers, process transactions, and use product knowledge to drive add-on sales while keeping the floor inviting and organized.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
