Job summary

Walmart Canada in Kemptville is seeking a Fashion Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, assist shoppers with product choices, process stock, and maintain fashion displays and signage in a safe, clean environment.

You will work with a team to plan daily tasks and seasonal layouts, ensure fixtures are correct, and keep the sales floor tidy. The minimum hourly wage starts at 17.75 CAD; applicants must be 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists customers by promotion products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Processes and stocking all fashion merchandise.
• Keeps the salesfloor area clean and tidy for the customer.
• Merchandises non-modular fashion items.
• Ensuring proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary.
• Uses proper signage as the modular dictates.
• Replenishes and merchandises seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
