DOUG EDGAR FARMS LTD in Innisfail, AB is seeking farm workers for vegetables. The positions are seasonal or full-time with $15.65 per hour for 40 hours per week, based in a rural farming setting with day, evening, weekend and early morning shifts.

Successful candidates will harvest by hand, hoe crops, plant, cultivate and irrigate, and ensure quality from field to market. Training is provided, and a strong team player with good interpersonal skills is preferred; candidates must be able to work

• The candidate will be in charge of harvesting vegetables by hand.
• The candidate will be in charge of hoeing crops.
• The candidate will be expected to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate will be in charge of vegetable culling.
• The candidate will be in charge of weeding.
• The candidate will be required to fertilise and spray crops.
• The candidate will be in charge of harvesting crops.
• The candidate will be expected to inspect the product for quality and prepare it for market.
