Job summary

Kelly's Family Farm in Timmins, Ontario is seeking a farm supervisor to oversee field and farm operations on site. The role requires coordinating tasks for planting, grooming, and harvest activities at the rural site, with 30–35 hours per week and a $23.00 per hour wage.

You will direct seasonal crews, maintain production records, and ensure safety and quality as you manage machinery and workflows at the farm. This is a permanent, full-time on-site position with on-site staff housing available.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 7 months of experience in farm supervision.
  • Experience in directing crop activities and farm operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with recording production and financial data.
