Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Divide freshly harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.
• Ensure farm safety and biosecurity procedures are followed.
• Maintain quality control and production records.
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.
• Maintain work records and logs.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• Perform general farm duties.

• The candidate will divide freshly harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots.
• The candidate will supervise and coordinate the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers.

• The candidate will be responsible for supervising and overseeing growing and other crop-related operations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The farm operation includes beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots.
