Job summary

Sara Farms in Abbotsford, BC is seeking a Farm Supervisor to oversee field operations and coordinate general farm workers on site. The role requires hands-on leadership to ensure efficiency, safety and quality across daily activities.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in agriculture, a high school diploma, and fluency in English. This is a permanent, full-time position paying CAD 20 per hour for 40 hours per week. Immediate start is preferred and prior supervisory experience is a plus.
