Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general farm duties and ensure quality control and production records.
• Coordinate and supervise general farm workers and harvest labourers.
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures for farming operations.
• Oversee crop-growing operations and monitor irrigation and water supply.
• Maintain inventories of seeds, fertilisers, pesticides and other supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Assist with recruitment and training of new staff and monitor performance.
• Keep time, production and cost records and prepare reports.
