Responsibilities include operation and maintenance of equipment for harvesting and planting of crops. Mechanical familiarity and trouble shooting and an understanding of farm procedures would be an asset. Must have a G license and an AZ would be helpful. Must be willing to work long hours when weather is suitable and must be willing to learn new skills, if required.
