Job summary

TRI MN LTD is seeking fundamental farm laborers to support daily agricultural operations on a rural Ontario farm. The role involves outdoor fieldwork, hoeing between rows, planting, cultivating, irrigating, weeding, and harvesting crops, with the ability to operate basic farm machinery.

Applicants should be prepared for physically demanding tasks, long hours at times, and riding/standing outdoors in dusty, wet and hot conditions, with a requirement to write brief daily progress notes.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Experience in farming is an asset.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
