Qualifications

Farina a Legna is looking for a General Manager to join the team!

Farina A Legna is a casual, intimate Italian restaurant that takes its menu inspiration from the wood oven, the heart of our kitchen. We’re known for our wood-fired pizza and handmade pasta, and now we’re looking for a General Manager to lead the team! This is a hands-on, active floor role, perfect for someone who loves great food and genuine hospitality, and who’s excited to teach, motivate, and grow a team. If you’re passionate about creating memorable experiences, we’d love to meet you!”

Who you are:
- A hospitality-driven leader with 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience with ordering, inventory management, scheudling, payroll, labour, and cost of goods control
- Calm, kind, and confident when interacting with guests and staff
- Knowledge of Italian aperitivi, food and wine is an asset
- Serving It Right & Food Safe Level 1 certification required
- Available to work evenings and weekends
